Michael (Mike) R. Payne Sr. – Vice President
Michael R. Payne Sr. has been in construction for 40+ years. Michael’s construction background has ranged from starting out as a Master carpenter & superintendent up to Sr. Project Manager, Vice President and Sr. Vice President.
He has handled projects for National tenants, developers, city governments, school boards, Industrial complexes, and hospitals.
Project costs have ranged from $50,000.00 up to over $100,000,000.00+.
Michael has the field experience and understand all the aspects of construction; plus the experience for project management and estimating to go along with understand how project should be handled.
